Teachers will exchange best practices and improve them. They will gain excellent experience because all teachers of all project partner countries will work together.
Participating teachers will have the opportunity to take part in activities which will be prepared and shown during the various visits and meetings through Skype. They will monitor the nursery or host school about their activities and methods of teaching.inter-cultural communication skills. This will encourage the teachers in their work in the project.  Teachers will practice their own linguistic and communicative skills as the working language is English. They will get to know other aspects of cultural diversity except for the differences in the educational systems. Stronger and better personal professional networks will be built so that experience and good practices will be exchanged in the long term. Friendships and professional relations between teachers will come into effect and interest into other cultures will be evoked in children's minds and we consider it as a lifelong learning interest which will be risen. 
During each training mobility, the participants will receive a Europass mobility certificate of participation, which will be added to the Europass portfolio of each participant in the project activity. The certificate will indicate the name of the project, the visited country, the working language, time, and also that the participant has worked in the Erasmus + program. I
 Certificates and documents obtained will be used for the recognition of skills and the evaluation of teachers 'professional experience'
